Heavy D, who passed away November 2011, has left his entire estate yo his daughter Xea Myers.

According to TMZ Hev’s brother, Floyd, is going to take control over his estate until his daughter is of age. Heavy’s mom Eulahlee Myers says the family is in favor of Floyd taking over:

“Heavy’s Estate needs to be managed,” Myers tells us … adding, “It cannot be self-managed or self-administered and it has to be Court approved. Open bills, unfinished business, taxes and day-to-day decisions including future plans for his daughter all need to be done. This management needs someone who is capable, smart, honest and close to this family.”

“All of Heavy’s assets are going to his 13-year-old Daughter Xea — including his Social Security, Pension, and future Royalties. All of Heavy’s personal belongings are in storage for his Daughter until she gets a bit older.”

Thank God her childhood best friend Dee was present in the house to witness the entire fight. After Dee jumped in to try to help Pilar, Deion responded by punching her in the face.”

VH1′s “Love & Hip Hop New York”may not mack it back on the air…well at least with its current cast, because they are in dispute over contract negotiations.

Sources say that only half the cast showed up to present their contracts for the upcoming season. The other half stayed home in protest…wanting more money of course.

We’re told the half that did show up got upset because they think they should have held out as well and walked out.

Sources say most of them want double their last contract want to be portrayed in a more positive light.

Barry spent his days at the Punahou School in Hawaii studying, shooting hoops and goofing off with his friends. Greg Orme, a fellow varsity basketball player, was Obama’s constant companion. “They were like brothers,” says Allman. On prom night, the pair double-dated. Obama and his date Megan Hughes, a student at the Hawaii School for Girls at La Pietra, joined Orme at Allman’s house, where the two couples sipped champagne before going to the dance and then an after-party. “It was a really fun, happy time. We were all cracking up, and everyone was smiling,” says Allman. “It was pretty typical from there out as far as what happens at prom: the dinner and the dancing and the photos.”
